The HIT Fitness & Boxing gym floor in Marietta, GA
The Gym

A real boxing gym, built around coaching

HIT Fitness & Boxing is at 1951 Canton Rd Ste 250 in Marietta, minutes from Kennesaw and the rest of Cobb County. Your first day and your hundredth look different here, because the coaching meets you where you are.

  • Coaching, not a conveyor belt. Small enough that the coach knows your name, your level, and what you came in to fix.
  • Every level, same room. Beginners and competitors train side by side — the work scales to where you actually are.
  • Marietta local. One location on Canton Road, owned and run by people who live and train here.
  • Black-owned. A gym built by and for the community it sits in.

Why HIT

What you get here that you don't get there

Not a screen reading you a workout. Real coaching, real boxing, real progress — in a room that's welcoming on day one and serious when you're ready for it.

01

Build real boxing skill

Actual technique from actual coaches — stance, footwork, combinations — corrected in real time.

02

Built for beginners

Day one has a class. You don't need to get in shape first. That's the entire point of starting here.

03

Cardio, strength, confidence

Conditioning that shows up in your stamina, your coordination, and how you carry yourself.

04

Youth to adult

Programs for kids ages 6–15, teens, college students, and adults — a path from first class to advanced.

05

One gym, one community

A single Marietta location, not a franchise number. The people here know each other.

06

Structured progress

A clear path from your free first class to general boxing, sparring, and competition if you want it.
