Fitness Boxing

A morning conditioning class that uses real boxing movement — bag work, footwork, rounds — to build cardio and stamina. Technique-aware, not just a sweat session.

The core boxing class: technique drilling, pad work with a coach, and conditioning rounds. Beginners and experienced boxers train the same hour, scaled to each.

What to know

The questions first-timers ask most. Don't see yours? Call (470) 690-2877.

What should I bring?

Athletic clothing and a water bottle. Hand wraps and gloves for first-timers will be confirmed with the gym — just show up ready to move.

Can my kids train?

Yes. Youth boxing runs in two age groups — ages 6 to 10 and ages 11 to 15 — structured, supervised, and age-appropriate.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Every class is built for all levels, including complete beginners. Intro to Boxing covers stance, footwork, and fundamentals from scratch.
